PDK Wheels & Auto Accessories (PDK) continuously strives to provide the best customer service possible to everyone who places an order with us. In order to provide consistent, efficient and professional service to all of our customers, we adhere to the following guidelines:

Credit Policy

• All new accounts must fill out a credit application and will be opened with COD or Pre-payment terms.
• In order to be eligible to present a Company Check, or to pay an account on open terms, a completed credit application must be submitted to the credit department of PDK. Once all references have been checked, a decision will be made as to the status of that account.
• In the event that a customer is not satisfied with the decision made on their account, they may submit a new credit application in six months for re-review.
• All checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will be charged a $25.00 fee each time it is returned.
• All returned checks are automatically redeposited after they are returned the first time.
• Any account that has a check returned for Stop Payment will be charged a $25 fee. The account will automatically be changed to COD/Cash and may be permanently closed.
• Any account that pays by credit card and submits a chargeback on a payment to PDK will automatically be changed to COD or Prepaid and may be permanently closed.
• All open accounts are due on the 10th of each month. Accounts that reach 30 days past due will reviewed and contacted by a collection specialist. Any account that reaches 45 days past due will be placed on credit hold, and no orders will be allowed. Any account that reaches 90 days past due will be subject to collection by an outside party.
• All past due invoices will bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month for all outstanding amounts.
• The State of Indiana, Lake County shall be the jurisdiction and venue for all matters arising under any transaction between PDK Automotives Enterprises, Inc. and customer.
• In the event that any action is necessary to collect or bring action on any amount due to PDK Automotive Enterprises, Inc., whether or not a lawsuit is filed, the undersigned agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees, interest and costs of collection.

Return Policy

• All merchandise must have R.M.A. # (and must be written on the outside of the box).
• No returns or inventory adjustments after 30 day from invoice date.
• Freight charges that are pre-paid will be invoiced on RTS or refund merchandise.
• All shipping damage claims must be made with the carrier. PDK is not responsible for shipping damage.
• Returns will be refused if sent back without an R.M.A. # or sent freight collect.
• No special order or discontinued merchandise can be returned.
• No returns on mounted wheels. Wheels must be fit checked before mounting.
• All wheels not returned in original boxes will be charged $10.00.
• PDK does not assume or accept any responsibility for defective parts nor any additional cost incurred by replacement or repair. All warranty is by manufacture only.
• Merchandise will not be shipped at "no charge" unless a credit balance is present when the order is placed.
• All shortages must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt.
• Return merchandise that is not defective will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.
• No credit is issued until merchandise is inspected at PDK.
• Returns must not exceed 5% of annual sales.
• No credit will be issued on non-recommended applications.
• All accessories not returned with wheels will not be credited.
• No return will be accepted nor will credit be issued if account is not current.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of authorization of return.
• All out of round and mis-boxed warranties must be notified within 30 days of purchase. Out of round credit will be issued upon receipt by manufacturer and by their guidelines. (Each manufacturer has their own spec for radial and lateral run out.)
• Open accounts that are 45 days past due will be put on C.O.D. terms.
• NO CASH REFUNDS.
• Credits must be used towards future purchases.
• If wheels are not sent back for inspection clean there will be a $10.00 per wheel charge to inspect.
• Wheels need to have the defective area clearly marked before they will be inspected.
